Hoosierbuck
Not as in B&C score, but a work thing. Yesterday I had a trial. It was a jury trial on a class C felony child molest. Defendant accused of touching a 12 year old child to arouse himself. Got a jury picked before lunch. Did openings and put on 4 witnesses in the afternoon. Rested. Defense rested. (Did I mention that the Defendant is on the run and did not show up?) Jury got the case after closings and final instructions. 17 (seventeen) minutes later we got a guilty verdict. That's about the quickest anyone around here can ever remember. When 5-0 catches up to this (ahem!) fellow, he will be sentenced on this, among other things he has hanging over his head. I will be patiently waiting. HB
dbHunterNY
I sure they will, but I hope they catch him sooner than later.

Man, I love it when the justice system actually works for a change. Now let's just hope they catch the (ahem!) before he does it to some other child. Tim Andrus
When they do catch him and they will I hope he gets what most molesters get in prison.. the rest is better left unsaid
bfletch7441
Justice served! Way to go. Ben
Adjam5
So he was convicted in absentia with a warrant for his arrest. Will the charge of evading prosecution be added to the list of crimes? Great Job! Sounds like you are good at what you do. Your county is lucky to have you;). I feel there is no worse crime than a crime against children. Way to go!
