camoman1
I have an interview for a salesman position at a local boat, atv, snowmobile, etc dealer!!! Its the "largest indoor showroom in the Midwest"...according to them haha I havent really been in any kind of sales position lately...but hopefully I can still prove to them that I can do it LOL. And I will have to wear a monkey suit (shirt and tie), but I can handle that. Get your rabbits foot out an give it a rub for me if y'all dont mind!!! Thanks! PotashRLS
Good luck. Maybe you can help to turn around their reputation for having dissatisfied customers. Unfortunately their reputation preceeds them over here. Do you know someone there?
jbeck
Good luck, I hope it's salary with commission added. Right now it would be tough to be strictly commission. Ask my wife, she's paying to work. Real-estate.

Unfortunately their reputation preceeds them over here. Do you know someone there? Yeah I know they have been known for less than good customer relations. I myself was pretty sick of a salesman over there about 2 years ago. Maybe it wont be too hard to stand out as a good guy to folks looking to buy a new toy... I dont know anybody there, but they were advertising to hire 8 people. Im pretty sure its more commission based, but I dont have any money coming in now so anything is better than this...and its only 5min from home. I dont like to be a job hopper, but I need to take what I can get right now. If it starts to look like a crappy place to work..I will start keeping my eyes open for other places. bluelund79
Wish you the best of luck. While that place does have a bad rep, it does have one heck of an inventory. Plus, word of mouth in a small area spreads like wildfire-keep it straight and upbeat, and you'll go far.
