Bait pile

Recommended Posts

Put out a camera and a bait pile of 2 deer and went back a week and a half later i went back. I was surprised to find that the 2 deer were drug and torn apart. Checked the camera and 20 pics. Some crows and a hawk. Bummer I then realized the camera has been in video mode and the camera is a cheaper one and it only takes video very randomly i believe. Oh well more bait tomorrow and ill put the camera back up.

Hey man...how ya been?

I did the same thing with 2 deer carcass' at my deer camp in Sullivan county. Both were dragged deeper into the woods(swamp land) and torn apart. The big yote contest is coming up and I was hoping that pile would be there for ease of shooting a good dog. Are you in that contest?

My good trail cam was stole a few weeks ago and the one I have now don't work in the cold.

BTW...

Going to the gun show this weekend at the fairgrounds?

Dang I was there today too! Wish I would've known. We could have had lunch. I bought some ammo and a grip for my sons AR. Almost bought a TC Encore Pro Hunter ...almost.

I'll pm you my # and we could hunt dogs/crows together soon ;).
