brudaman340
Put out a camera and a bait pile of 2 deer and went back a week and a half later i went back. I was surprised to find that the 2 deer were drug and torn apart. Checked the camera and 20 pics. Some crows and a hawk. Bummer I then realized the camera has been in video mode and the camera is a cheaper one and it only takes video very randomly i believe. Oh well more bait tomorrow and ill put the camera back up. Adjam5
Hey man...how ya been? I did the same thing with 2 deer carcass' at my deer camp in Sullivan county. Both were dragged deeper into the woods(swamp land) and torn apart. The big yote contest is coming up and I was hoping that pile would be there for ease of shooting a good dog. Are you in that contest? My good trail cam was stole a few weeks ago and the one I have now don't work in the cold. BTW... Going to the gun show this weekend at the fairgrounds? wtnhunt
When I put cams on a carcass I will drive a t post through the ribcage to keep the yotes from dragging it off, works fairly well.
Adjam5
Good tip William...Thanks!
woolybear
Think I may give the carcass cam a try here real soon. Got a farmer that just refreshed this old bone pile the other day with two big cows. Fox are on it already but the yotes haven't gotten to it yet. They usually don't drag these very far unless they rip a piece off.

brudaman340
yea i didnt buy anything cause it was expensive but i did see an over under 20 gauge and .223 that i wanted that is like the ultimate gun you can hunt almost everything with it. It would also be a good gun to have.
