Last year we took 2nd place with the judges but we are hoping to win peoples choice this year. If anyone is in the area come over to the Watertown State Office building between 11-3 and vote for booth #20. New York Health Dept. says we cannot use venison. Can't say that I blame them when you don't know where or who processed it. We use 4 different meats in our chili.
