So due to my limited income the last few years, I was able to get Medicaid...Well I sent in my renewal couple weeks ago, got the thing back today, knew since I was working a little bit, I'd probably be switched to something else...well they switched me to this stupid Family Planning Benefit thing....duh...what the h*** So I'm going to have to wait until Monday and call and tell them I don't need this nor want this...Whether I ge the job at the hospital or not, I may now have to shop around for some type of insurance...what a pain in the ***. So if anyone has any good suggestions...

Second of all we had to get some hay today. Borrowed a pick-up, on our last load back home, we lost a bale. So Andy slows down to turn around, in doing so a 2nd one falls off. Throw that in the front seat, go back to get the other one and there is a shiny new red pick-up that just finished turning around and speeds off...like floored it....our hay bale gone. What a jerk!!! At $2 a bale, what a sick punch to the gut...I was so PO'd.....not too many honest people in this world!!!!!

I hate hastles and I'm not a good patient person....So the rest of the weekend I'll probably have calling about the insurance on my mind the whole time...grrrrr....

It's a beat up old pick-up, Andy's brother....he doesn't care and Andy cleaned it out,lol.

Found out my sister is on this same insurance because she has too much to be on anything else....and this doesn't cover anything unless you are pregant, so might as well not be on insurance! Made me feel better though, lol. So not going to worry about it. Will leave it as is and hopefully Weds. have my interview and get a position offer to take and either the hospital will cover or if I am doing per diem, I'll shop around for insurance then call and cancel this one...

Going to go tie some flies I think!

I know, someone to steal a hay bale like that...what a complete________you fill in the blank, lol

Wow Ruth...never read you post so aggressively ;).

Its OK to be PO'd. We have all been there.

$2 a bale that is pretty cheap. Downstate here it is going in the $5-7 range. That bites about that guy beating you out of that bale, but they had no idea how long it was there and probably said... if I don't get it now, someone else will. It is still not right, but it was on the side of the road. Heck...if you had to pay for a lesson like that, $2 is more than fair.

Hope you get the insurance thing settled soon and rest comfortable that a cold/injury won't put you in the poor house having to pay medical bills.

My suggestion is to go to round bales next time and see if he can stick that in his truck fast! :p:D

DON'T DO IT, RUTH! don't get any round bales. the goverment is going to make round bales illegal next year. they said the stock isn't getting a square meal.

well, it is something this stupid goverment may come up with, even if i did make it up. lol:1eye:

LOL....I have a prediction that you will do well at the job interview, get great coverage, and life will be all good come Thursday....the shiny red truck, he will have a bad year....he will catch his wife cheating on him, get a D.U.I, and lose his job, and have to sell his pretty red truck to some new grad nurse needing to haul hay...lol..Karma is karma Ruth, take good with bad, because in the long run, the bad guys run out of luck.........al

LOL. Blame it on the economy Ruth.

On the insurance, might try e health or one of those types to get an idea of pricing, we had an individual plan for a few years through blue cross blue shield, was a decent plan and was pricey, but we were covered and that is what was important. When you have kids, especially one that has a condition that has potential for surgical procedures it is a must to have medical coverage.
