92xj
Was able to pull these off the web. Hopefully sometime this week I will get back over there and get better pic with my cam. I doubt I will be able to get inside since the owners are still living there. Anyhow, I am getting excited about it. I already have supplies lined up to add a little rock to the lower portions of the house to dress it up a bit. I need this dang closing and inspection to come and go without a hitch! buckee
Really nice looking home. Love the high ceilings too. You can get a lot of head mounts up there..LOL
92xj
Hopefully next year there will be at least 5 ducks mounted up there. An elk and mullie would be nice to, but I dont want to count my chickens before they hatch. haha. until then. There are going to be a lot of decoys on display for decor! Newarcher
Congrats, nice house. Sage advice, get a good home inspector and be there for the inspection. Check all window frames and sashes, siding, door frames, etc. for rot. Those are high dollar fixes and are easily painted over. Take an icepick with you and poke all window sashes and frames. Check for polybutylene pipe. New

I just realized..... you can now blow your stupid duck calls all you want to now ..... Speaking of that. Hey SNOOPER!!! be sure to tell the ex that I bought a house and am moving before I want to tell her. This way she will get all pissy and ask why I didnt tell her asap. Oh, please do this for me, please!!! It would be another rather humorous day of your boring life. No, seriously, do it. I am curious how fast the info will travel, because as of right now, no one knows about this in my town yet.

jbeck
Nice home, congrats. I'm sorry but when I looked at the kitchen I saw fluted colomns beside the stove with double roll outs on either side Trays on the left, spices on the right. We can take that corner up to the ceiling, then drop down do a refridgerator cabinet to the ceiling, Ok I have to quit, I love the natural Oak with the RP 30 doors on top. Great kitchen. Newarcher
I looked again and one suggestion I might make would be to throw some gutters and downspouts on that bad boy. I don't know how much rain you get but you probably want it away from the foundation. Just a suggestion. You could even have it be part of closing so that the costs are built into your loan if you are cash strapped like many new buyers.
