dbHunterNY
yea you were definitely under spined I shoot a 29" GT 5575 arrow at 60 lbs. I emailed Tim Gillingham and asked if I could still use them or if I had to get new ones and he said I was right on the edge of being under spined. He said to go ahead and paper tune it. If I couldn't get it to work then I'd most likely have to go up to 7595s. I didn't have any issues but I'm sure if my bow wasn't really well tuned I'd have all kinds of issues. I still wonder how much the arrow is flexing and if I could increase accuracy by stepping up to 7595s, but I have about a dozen 5575s in my case. BowJoe
I shot the GT's for a few years and decided to switch up my entire setup and bought 6 CX Maxima 3D Select 350 and paired them with the FOB's and of course a drop away rest. I shoot them at 29 1/2" and 65 lbs. I don't know what my speeds are but I have at least an inch or inch and a half overhang. I actually closed the gaps on my sight because of the FOB, got a better spine and way more consistency. Before long, I was accurate out to 50 yds from a treestand and happier with my shooting than I'd been in a long time.
