He said that his wife and him had purchased a big screen TV and the Walmart guys would bring it up on a cart while he went and got his truck. As he pulls up to the loading zone in his truck the TV is already being loaded in the bed of some scumbags truck by the Walmart guys and they were closing the tailgate. He said to them jokingly "what are you doing, giving my TV away". The scumbag in the truck says its "HIS TV"!! My brother said no its not and he is telling the guys to take it out of his truck and the scumbag shoves my 6'5" tall brother who immediately defends himself. :boxing::chair::stretcher::crutch: This all unfolds right in the loading zone and the walmart guy realizing that my brother has a receipt tells him that he will tell the police what occurred when they arrive! Be careful out there and always leave someone with your item you purchased or it may fall victim to a scam artist. . Its in the works...my brother is sort of in a part of society that doesn't really like to involve the police.... he considered it "done", as he walked away from the "newly educated" scumbag and loaded his TV into the proper truck. LOL I assure you, the guy shoved my brother first.... the police reviewed the security cameras at walmart and verified it, and agreed with all the witnesses that saw it occur that it was self defense on my brothers part. Darn, thought there would be a happy ending having the scumbag locked up after getting the tar beat out of him, justifiably, by your brother in self defense. When I was younger I worked at Walmart in the electronics department and would always make sure I went with the person that was helping load it into the vehicle for me just for this reason! That's a shame. We all need to stand up against theives, and other criminals in society in the legal sense too. Get them off the streets before they victimize someone else. This guy had obviously done this sort of thing before. That's why he was so brazen about it. Can't the police press their own charges? it's grand larson.
