m gardner
Here we are on the Field Hunter Course at Usery Mountain in Mesa Az. today. If you live where there's lots of snow and it's cold please forgive me for posting this video. I've got to get my target bow back soon. This G5 bow is ruining my arrow budget. Diamond Archer 01
Congrats on the robinhood. That is very cool. And I am very jealous about that weather, lol.
RangerClay
Congrats! Sounds like an expensive day!
bloodtrails
It sound like an expensive month! You know whem a deer comes by that you'll want to shoot it twice through the same entry!
buckee
Your wife was pretty fast to say it first eh ..LOL.. "That gets "expensive" ..LOL Good shooting... Now all you need is more than one circle to shoot at, and don't shoot more than 2 arrows at once at any one circle. That will cut down on the odds of a robin-hood, just a tad. ;)
Prairiepredator
WOW!! Awesome shooting!
Tominator
Good shootin' tex. I've only done that once. I don't shoot at the same spot anymore.
dbHunterNY
Nice! I'm cheap so I try not to shoot at the same target, although it happens here and there. Closest I came was actually at either 50 or 60 yards. I can't remember. I had shafts touch and ruined fletching. I never robin hooded one though. m gardner
In Field Archery you shoot 4 arrows usually at the same target. If it's windy or I'm tired is when it happens. Usually I can shoot them in different places in the 5 ring. This bow is not my target bow either. Mark
ruttinbuc
It happens. I have done it a few times, and never on purpose. I think of it more as unluck than anything... Edited February 17, 2010 by ruttinbuc
wildguy
Great shooting. I've never done that before.
m gardner
Here's a photo of my latest practice session. The arrows are stacked one on top of the other so when I shoot at the same target I don't ruin them. It was early and my eyes and body were well rested. There is a little piece of white paper where the first shot landed. This is how I'm supposed to do it. Robinhoods are a mistake usually.Mark
