I noticed that a pair of Arctic Shield H4 pants I had bought in archery season were tearing in the lining inside. I called them and told them of the problem. They sent me a pre-paid UPS label. I sent them the pants. They sent me a brand new pair of pants. No fuss, no hassles, no nothin'.................... just a new pair of pants. Can't beat service like that with a stick.
