billkay
Re: goldtip question I would think 55/75's would be the right choice, but that 125 grn point seems heavy.
Chrud
Re: goldtip question I just purchased a 1/2 dozen of GT Pro's, so I have the same type of arrow I plan on using to shoot while my "good" ones are being put together. I would say 55/75's would be find, and I'd also think about dropping to 100 or even 75 or 85 grain tips.
Tony
Re: goldtip question good section on an arrow.. they will do the job on both 3D and deer hunting..just experiment on the tip weight so that you get a properly balenced shaft .. buckee
Re: goldtip question "56lbs, and my draw length is 27 in. field tips are 125 grs., and muzzybroad heads" 5575's are your best bet, with the 125gr tips If you were shooting 100gr tips, you could step down to 3555's. http://www.huntersfriend.com/arrowhelp/gold-tip-arrow-spine-chart.htm
dogdoc
Re: goldtip question What is your arrow length going to be? Personally if your arrow length is 26 or shorter I would go with the 3555 and an 85 or 90 grain head. If longer than 26 I would go with the 5575 and a 100 grain head. todd

maddhunter
Re: goldtip question I used the 55/75s with a 63 pound pull and 28" arrow, 100grain tip. Really good arrows. You will be just fine with 55/75s with a 56pound pull, they are good up to 30"s with a 70 pound pull and 100 grain tip.
