cray8705
Has anyone tried the Hevi-Shot Hevi-13 Turkey loads? Whats everyones opinion about them? I ordered a box in 3" and 3.5". In the past i've just used the winchester turkey loads but i've seen a lot of advertisement for the Hevi-Shot brand and thought i'd give it a try. Ive never shot 3.5" shells out of my mossberg 935 so hopefully my shoulder doesn't fall off.
Guest TennesseeTurkey
I honestly dosent think it matters a whole whole lot in shot brand although your gun may shoot hevi shot better than the win supreme's.... youll just need to pattern them and see
bbgatech
Hevi-shot I've used Hevi-shot since its been out and found it performs awesome! I run it out of a 835 mossberg and it shoots dense and love the extra range it gives. You should still pattern it just to know what it will do. Good luck. 3seasons
Ive shot if for years, if you can try to find some of the new MagBlend. Its a triplex load and so far I have been hearing good things out of it. It has more velocity than the regular H-

I've been using the ones put out by Nitro Company now for at least 5 years now. They are a 3" tri-plex load of #4-5-7 plated Hevishot with a buffer. Out of a Rhino .660 choke at 40 yards, this load and choke combo had put 316 pellets inside of a 10" circle!!! No lead shell can compare pattern or energy wise. http://www.nitrocompany.com/
