maddhunter
Shot this big male with our new Rem. 700 .243, Bushnell Banner 6-18x50. Cole and I also got a female this evening but shot her at 30yrds, nothing left to take pic of. Those Winchester 55grn BST shure do some damage at close range. The entry hole looked like an exit. I couldn't believe the damage, it was like she was hit with a granade !!!!!!! Edited March 1, 2010 by maddhunter

maddhunter
Congrats on the yotes....can I ask a question....what is the best time of day to hunt yotes in northern WI??? Around here it's in the morning til about 10-11 and evening about 3 hours before dark. Especially when the moon is full. We tried to catch the moon ( no matter what phaze) comeing up or going down at daylight or dark. If you get them together your chances about double.
