I agree with Steve B. you only have these teeth and you should keep them if possible. I have had several root canels over the years and laughing gas makes it great but a shot works also! They are expensive but having good insurance makes it worth the wait. When a tooth is pulled, the others will eventually slide over and make all of your teeth out of line. I don't want to wait too long, I'm afraid of the abcess doing something not good...although if I'veh ad it this long, who knows....
