BowJoe
I'm thinking of joining this online racing and wanted to see if anyone wanted to form a Team Realtree racing team on there. This is not just a type of game, it's a serious simulation that is extremely fun. You can check it out at www.iracing.com. They have a lot of videos on youtube and you race under your real name. So if it says Dale Earnhardt Jr., it's really him. Same goes for anyone else. A lot of racers use this to practice at tracks with realworld simulations. Holler at me and let me know. The_Kat
Get me the sign up info. I'm in! We all did this about 5 years ago. It was a blast.
BowJoe
It may be a week or two before i get started. I have a few tweaks I need to do to my computer and I ordered a wheel from Ebay. I should be getting them shortly. I'm still deciding whether to upgrade my already custom puter or just buy a new tower. Pros and cons with both. I am going to do this, just not exactly sure about the start date.
BowJoe
Well, I started last night and raced legends at Lowe's Motor Speedway. I qualified 15th and finished 2nd. Lots of wrecks and racing action. I love it!!! Just make sure you have a fast computer with an even faster internet connection. Amazing racing for sure. Very realistic as far as knowing how to drive. Chrud
Just make sure you have a fast computer with an even faster internet connection. I would join, but can't because of a pretty poor ISP. We have Wild Blue (Dish Network), which is fast in the morning, but ridiculously slow at night. From the videos I've seen, "iRacing" is pretty amazing! The_Kat
It says it costs 8 bucks?
BowJoe
If you buy a 2 year subscription. It's $8 a month for 2 years. It doesn't support satellite internet. I guess that's why.
