Ok so Ive ended up eating something I shouldnt once a day so far but thats a lot better than I was doing. I just weighed myself and Im down 4 pounds....

Awesome Will! Keep it up slacker!!!

I have done so good until this evening.

One of my good buddy's up here wanted me to cook at his house warming party. I cooked ribs and bbq chicken. His lady friend ended up cooking blue berry muffins. It was a dang good meal! The first real food I have had in 3 days. Tomorrow, will be back to normal. I am down a little but not much, hopefully some good numbers by Wednesday.

Have been sitting behind my desk all freakin' weekend! So, no real exercise like I was hoping! It sucks. Hopefully I will find time at the gym tonight. I am still down weight, so my diet alone has been doing a little for me.

Kat, you and shaun never said how you were going to gain weight, so however you do it works! I hope it's all fat!!!

I beat high metabolism!

stopped at the store and grabbed a 6 pack on the way home and on returning my wallet to my pants it slipped and hit the floor... and with out batting an eye the young mid 20ish clerk... looks at me... and says...

hmmpht.... your a$$ must be getting to big for it to fit.....:jaw:

THEN she batted her eyes at me....

Im still here....a little heavier than the last time i checked in, i think...I am dealing with a plethro of crap right now that i really have know idea how to handle...im not too sure as to how i may be able to contribute to this thread as i am as of now recently unemployed, with a major need to find employment, as well as legal advice/council...

I am struggling to keep a sane mind as i speak, and things in my little world have taken the biggest bad turn i could expect....good luck to everyone in your efforts for biggest loser and winner...

DANG IT!!! I want to give in so bad. I am craving real good food today. Lunch at the cafe here is "Taco Tuesday" They are so dang good but I have to stay strong at this diet. I do know this weekend I am going to cheat a little off the diet. I plan to smoke a brisket and some ribs, so screw you apples, bananas, hard boiled eggs and V-8, Saturday is meat and beer day!!!!

Although this Diet is considered to be a hoax...I lost 64 lbs before using it!!!!

The only things different that I did was mix up 2 cans of frozen grapefruit juice in one gallon of water and I made sure that I finished all of that in one day;) I also took a multivitamin each day just to be sure I was getting what I needed.

During the first week...stock up on toilet paper and dont trust a fart! I know I joke around alot here but I'm actually serious about that part. After the first week though your system will get used to the regimen and your functions return to normal.

After the first month I had lost enough I even started exercising. That probably made the biggest difference though I had still lost over 20lbs by that time.
