Here is my official weigh in pictures..... 246.8 is what I started at last week. Total weight loss in one week is 8.8 pounds which is 3.57% weight loss. Not bad for the first week. Thats a target weight I set and the numbers show my weight above it. I can reset it when I get there;) It's a healthometer scale...I'll have to go online and see if I can find a description of that model so I can figure out all of the features.
