Alright, I'll be the first to start this thing off this lovely Wednesday. Here is my official weigh in pictures..... 246.8 is what I started at last week.

Total weight loss in one week is 8.8 pounds which is 3.57% weight loss.

Not bad for the first week. My goal for this week is to hit 232 or less. 232 was the lightest I have been since I was a freshman in high school. :jaw:

Gary,

What's the 61.6 telling you on the scale? I can't figure it out.

Thats a target weight I set and the numbers show my weight above it. I can reset it when I get there;)

It's a healthometer scale...I'll have to go online and see if I can find a description of that model so I can figure out all of the features.

But it's really hard not to when you smoke 12 racks of ribs and fry up some french fries for a good ol' group of people.

Tomorrow is back on the diet.
