Sorry for the crappy cell phone pic. I have somehow managed to lose my good camera. Anyhow, my weight now is

Considering the amount of ribs and fries i ate over the weekend, I am very surprised I still went down. I did have to cut a new belt hole this morning, so I am finally starting to feel the effects of the weight gone. So far, during the last 14 days, I have lost a total of 13.6 lbs from my original weight of 246.8lbs. My goal for next week is to be in the 220's. I have not seen those numbers in 10 years or so.

Post the pic!

If you are discouraged and pissed about your weight, why would you drop out of a weight loss thing-a-ma-jigger?

I dunno.......just seems like what I'm doing ain't working so what's the point? I don't have the time to get by the park and walk as much as I want to, hard to get motivated with the stress level at work right now.............I dunno I guess I'll keep on chuggin along and see how it goes.

So, the weight was? The best way is peer pressure.

Just stick to a diet for now and the time for exercise will come about. This is not a too hardcore competition, but I do want to weigh less than you, haha. Stick with it and keep posting up. It will help you succeed if you know its all open to the public.

suck it up dawg!!!! imagine yourself fleeting through the brush after that elusive 10 point... and running up that last ridge and still having breath to let an arrow fly!!!!!!!!! all that made possible by a few short weeks exercise and diet...

Even if i don't get my elk tag... i will be ready for it!!!!!! read my siggi line!!!!;)

...unless you want to wait until your my size!(when it's like a million times tougher)

I cant tell you exactly how tough it was joining this and knowing I would have to step up and tell everyone.

Now it is my biggest motivation not to let it go back to the way it was.

No justification for giving up on my self esteem and my health...none.

Alright Benjamin, get your game face on buddy. So I was kinda discouraged today......big whoppie........I got my 2nd wind now and its game on. Next weigh in I hope to be -10 lbs. We'll see.

Bring it on Sally!!!

Discouragement is natural, it's how you deal with it that will make you a better person. I am only here to egg you on, to challenge you, and in return help you in the long run. I'm fat and don't want to be, I expect help from you as well.

Game on, don't back down, be strong and try and kick my ass.
