VA_Bhntr
I know that opening an archery shop, while many people's dream, is a hard row to hoe. Kind of like having an archery sponsor; what used to be fun is now work. I do have a question for you outdoor entrepreneurs out there. What type of outdoor businesses seem to be the most profitable? Does anyone run an online business related to the outdoors? Has anyone started an outfitting business with land that was not there's to begin with, i.e. you bought the land for the business? Does anyone run an outdoor service oriented business? What businesses are hard to maintain? What is in demand?
dartonman
I run a portable paintball business....I am proud to say I am one of the only ones ever created, and am the only one in the entire midwest. I do a great deal of birthday parties, church groups are really popular, and I have managed to do quite a few cancer benefits, and benefits for the less fortunate, where I give all the monies earned to the cause Im there for. Our website is www.portablepaintballparty.com and I am actually in the process of francising by the spring of next year, as I am an S corporation., as far as profit goes, I beleive it will be this year that things are shining brighter....the first two seasons were overhead of equipment of what works, and doesn't work.....pm me if you need further, hope this answers your questions. al
