doubleA
Nope, not a one but I had some youth from my church at the ranch for a day of shooting. They had a blast...pun intended:gun2: They probably went through a several 100 rounds of ammo. Fired shotguns, handguns and rifles ranging from .22 rimfires to the 50BMG. Had 3 brothers that were very competitive in everything they did. Everyone loved the longer range stuff especially the 50. Here are a few pics, the ones where the person taking the pics were in front of the muzzle were made safe and static by myself, PPE was not in these. Texan_Til_I_Die
Great event! But I just have to ask - What's up with the tiara in that next to last pic? She's banging away with the 308 and wearing a tiara at the same time? That's just wrong on so many levels...
doubleA
OTPG'ers or not......that's what it's all about, right there. I certainly agree with that. Yes we had a great time. I try to do this several times a year with our youth. The last time was about 4 months ago with a youth pastor's family that was moving to the Philippines and he had 4 sons. I always enjoy bringing the youngsters into the shooting sports and sharing the outdoors with them. It's a win win! Texan... The young lady is a pagent queen and has to make publicity appearences through the year. She had one that morning so hence the tiara. She is certainly not afraid to hang with the boys.
