PA_Spike_King
I live in the center part of the state but have not heard them yet. But with the weather getting warmer it should start soon.

Rhino
Been listening to them for the past 2 weeks. Heard as many as 8 birds in a morning gobbling off the roost. So far they haven't gobbled too much after flydown time. Only about 2 days and 21 1/2 hours to go till our opener. Give or take a few minutes. ruttinbuc
Pretty much scout from a distance. The birds will be there someplace by time I get to them. They took a week away in the beginning of the season. I won't see them till the second week which will actually be the third. I can only imagine the scouting and calling pressure from the overanxious in the week that was.
wtnhunt
Welcome to the forums. Hearing nothing here, not yet anyway. Not looking good at all for our youth hunt which will be here real soon.

Ethan Givan
I might go in the morning to listen. My dad was driving the tractor through one of our hayfields this morning and saw a nice gobbler out there. He should be roosted close by. Ohiobucks
I haven't heard any, but a friend of mine said he heard them off his back porch yesterday morning, gobbling like it was late April. I did see 4 nice toms through the binos from about 500 yards off yesterday as I was looking for some sheds out back.

PineyBrake
I am getting tons of pics of strutters and heads sticking out so I think they are starting to do their thing here in central Arkansas. I checked 5 cams and all had gobblers on them and most of them full of strutting alone and some with packs of hens.
