MUDRUNNER
We seen "Ingloriuos Bastards" a few weeks ago. It's actually a pretty good movie if you can get past all the subtitles. I was dissapointed in "Zomieland". I had heard how good it was from a few people, but it wasn't that great. "The Blind side" is on my list of movies to see. Jeramie
I too want to see blind side. I almost rented it Monday night in the hotel room but it was $14.99. Yeah, im cheap.
Nut
The Ugly Truth and Zombieland was last 2 the son rented that I watched. Neither one is for youngsters. Both we're okay. Last movies I watched that I want to see again are Inglorious Bastards and Avatar.
layin on the smackdown
I'm not much of a cartoon movie person, but everyone i have talked to about the new movie Avatar has had nothing to say but awesome things....I guess this movie is suppose to be out of this world.... I just rented 2012 last night.....a little exagerated, but at the same time, potentially a possibility...I'd give it 3.75 stars out of 5.... Also, as shallow as this may seem, my fiance taught me to rent new releases by the number of copies available at the movie store...That is generally a pretty accurate tool when figuring out if a movie is good or not...If there are a pile of copies, there's a pretty good chance its a good flick...if there are only 5 copies, it still could be a good flick, but not as good as the one with 35 copies....just a thought. I didn't believe her when she said that, but so far, she has been right 100% of the time. Diamond Archer 01
I saw THE BLINDSIDE a few months ago. One of the best movies I have ever seen. Based on a the life story of Michael Oher, an offensive linemen for The Baltimore Ravens now. I highly recommend you watching it when it comes out on DVD. dartonman
Avatar was entertaining. Shutter Island, well...put it this way, if you have kids....don't go see it, it tears at the parental heart strings, and I almost got up and walked out, I was so disturbed by it., so disturbed.....I want to see the hurt locker..everyone that has ever seen it, loved it. al

TBow
My wife took my grandaughter to see Alice In Wonderland with Johnny Depp last night. She liked it. I was gon'na go, but my truck broke down and just couldn't get there in time to meet them. Depp does a great job in any of the characterizations that I've seen him in like Pirates of the Carribean as Captain Jack Sparrow. A movie I watched this week was Step Brothers with Will Farrell. I thought I was gon'na bust a gut laughing. Its'a real sleeper as I'd heard little to nothing about it. If you're only into action adventures, techie stuff, chick flicks or high drama, this movie ain't for you. It's just plain dumb funny! Shaun_300
Haven't watched anything recently, but my buddy's daughter rented Old Dogs tonight, might go down and watch it with them if I'm not too tired.
hunterbobb
Went to see Green Zone yesterday. It was an entertaining movie but was filled with "Bush Lied" propoganda. I saw a movie on DVD called "Lovely Bones" it is the story of a pedifile that kills a young girl. It is told from the perspective of the dead girl. It was very difficult to watch because of how powerful the story was. Any one that has children though should watch it and watch it alone. The message is must see for parents. P.S. Even you tough guys should bring Kleneex. :gun2:

BowJoe
So far, my favorite movies over the past couple of months are... Inglorious Bastards Law Abiding Citizen Zombieland (You got a perty mouth) Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince Fireproof and that's about it. I've seen a few others but I can't remember them. I usually rent them from Redbox. Cheaper and I don't have to wonder all over a store.
MUDRUNNER
We rented "Jennifer's Body" last weekend. I thought it was decent, but the wife thought it was stupid.
GWSmith
When I was temporarily living in North Carolina I drove to Florida and took my Daughter to see Avatar. The first time, before Christmas, we had horrible seats(front row center) because we got there 45 minutes early! The second time that same week we arrived over an hour early and got middle seats-middle theater:) Would I go see it again??? Well When I got back to North Carolina I took the Wife to see it. About two weeks later I went to see it by myself...and I'm looking forward to see it in an I-Max 3-D theater the next time!!! I kinda liked the movie...LOL When the Wife and I left North Carolina we went to Florida for 10 days and took my Daughter to see "Alice in Wonderland" in 3-D...We all liked it. I'm officially a 3-D movie addict now...if there was a 3-D world I would live there:D(and I could wear those cool sunglasses outside):D

fly
The wife worked last night so the youngens and I watched Old Dogs and Bedtime Stories with Adam Sandler. Both were good, but Bedtime Stories was better. We had popcorn, candy, soda, chips and dip. Yea it was pretty cool kicking back in my easy chair with the message feature turned on with my 7 and 8 year old on each side of me. I know my Friday nights of doing that are numbered but I'm loving it right now.
Goinghuntin
We rented "Jennifer's Body" last weekend. I thought it was decent, but the wife thought it was stupid. I saw this in the theaters when it first came out. When it was released on DVD I went to pick it up and my girlfriend asks me "Do you even like Jennifer's body?" and my answer was an enthusiastic "**** YEAH!" She forgot to specify the fact that she was referring to the actual movie, not Megan Fox :whip:
