buckee
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.” -- Author Unknown The vast majority of Canadians have lost their common sense and good "sound" judgment as well. Bruce Schmeck
Very well said. Sad, but true. What are people thinking to do such things. And they still don't have the guts to tell "The Emporer" he has no clothes.

I fear we may be somewhere along the road between selfishness and apathy.
m gardner
The multitude of fools who made him president is the Electoral College I believe, though he would have won by the popular vote too. These are the types who really don't know where food comes from. Mark Edited March 15, 2010 by m gardner

Think I do remember that interview. Guessing that is not working out for her quite like she expected. Things are probably not working out for a lot of folks quite as they expected.
