92xj Posted March 19, 2010 Report Share Posted March 19, 2010 So, I think I have spent more of my own money in the past 3 hours than I have at one time in the last 26 years. I bought a new washer and dryer, lawn mower, grill, smoker and just got the cashiers check for the closing on the new house on monday. Will be able to start moving all my stuff into the new home next Friday and have to be fully out of the aparment and have it totally cleaned by the 31st. Hope everything goes good next week with the closing. I am so freakin' ready for all this paper signing and money spending to be over with and get back into a normal routine of budgeting and buying fun stuff like guns and decoys. I have a feeling you will be cutting back a whole lot when you get moved in. Your doing a great thing though, a new house is an investment. So, I hope everything works out for you well.
