TBow
In Ontario, the moose lottery applications have to be in by May 15th and the draw is something like July 1st I think. Hence it'll be a while yet before I know about the moose tags. There is however more cow tags being alotted for the WMU that I hunt in for bowhunters, but chances of an arrowed cow are pretty slim. Bulls are a lot easier to call. All residents buying a moose license are entitled to shoot a calf. No lottery system for them, but chances are few and far between for a bowhunter to take a calf. Whitetail antlerless applications have to be in by June 1st. All residents buying a whitetail deer license are able to shoot a buck with 3+" antlers. Residents are allowed 2 x turkey tags. No lottery for them. Just but 'em and away you go. Irregardless as to whether my group draws a moose tag or not, my son and I always head to northern Ontario to go on our annual moose hunting pilgrimage anyway. We always have a great time shooting grouse, going fishing, atving, calling moose and just filming if nothing else and spending primo time bonding. gzilla45
Just found out yesterday that I didn't get drawn for a WI bear tag which makes 6 years and counting now. I'm pretty bummed out as I was really thinking this was going to be the year and we have a really good bear population where I hunt.
texastrophies
Wyoming elk - not drawn NM Oryx - not drawn Arizona elk - draw results April 23 Arizona 'lope - PP Kentuck elk - results in May (I think) Utah deer - April 29th Utah elk - April 29 Utah bison - April 29 Utah Desert Bighorn - April 29 Utah RM Bighorn - April 29 Utah Moose - April 29 Utah RM Goat - April 29 Utah Antelope - April 29 NM Deer - June 9 NM Antelope - June 9 NM Elk - June 9 Wyoming Deer - June 21 Wyoming Antelope - pp Colorado deer - pp Colorado elk - pp Arizona deer - not submitted yet Arizona bighorn - not submitted yet Nevada deer - not submitted yet Nevada elk - not submitted yet Texas draws (about 14 of them) - not submitted yet And then for the most part I have my son in for the same draws. So yea, I guess I am still waiting. The only draw that I am expecting is Wyoming deer. NM is just a lottery draw so my odds are as good as anybodies there. Utah - no chance, Az - no chance, Nevada - no chance, but points will be gained in all of these states.

Rhino
Application time hasn't gotten here yet but when it does I'll apply for archery season whitetail buck tags in Kansas & Iowa. Good chance I'll draw both this year. Don't have to draw for any game here in MS.

ruttinbuc
I have 2 preference points for Iowa. I have to use them, lose them or pay for another point. Really have no plans to go with the current situation. I can probably get there, but where would be the question.
