Ohiobucks
I'm looking at a Bakflip G2 tonneau cover for my '06 Silverado. Anyone have any experience with them? I like the hard cover with almost 100% access to the bed when needed......

Shaun_300
Get a Torza Top, Tom! They are great!!! List price up here is about $400, but they are really good. You can get the one with just the soft top, or get the one with the hard shell underneath the top. The hard one is a bit more money, but you don't have to worry about raccoons chewing through the tops to get at food if you're camping or something. http://advantagetruckaccessories.com/torzatop.php That's all we sell at the dealership, they install in literally 2 minutes, lightweight if you want to take it off. They fold in 3 stages and you can strap it open and drive with it that way. Highly recommend them.
Ohiobucks
The Bakflip costs a litte more, but can be folded completely up and out of the way if needed. It is the only hard shell cover I've seen that can do this. http://www.bakflip-tonneau.com/features.asp?tabid=

Too bad it was not available when I bought the Access cover for my truck. I'd have one. The Access is a roll up that gives the truck a nice look without a lot of weight. You don't have the security of a hard cover though.
Ohiobucks
Well, I ordered one, got it within a week, and just put it on last night. I am very impressed so far. Looks like a champ, it has a very nice low profile. Full bed access with a hard top cover. Check it out here: Edited April 7, 2010 by Ohiobucks
