joeaveragehunter
I have owned a Reezen, outback, but my favorite bow was my first. A Jennings Buckmaster. It was the smoothest, quietest, and most enjoyable bow to shoot. Fortunately, it is still in the family and has been through one younger brother and is now on to the youngest brother. Muleyman
I have only owned 2 bows. A Mission Maniac(my surrent bow) and a Martin Leopard. I would have to say the Martin Leopard was my favourite. It is only a year or 2 old so I am now gonna set it up for a target bow.
Flintlock1776
My Golden Eagle served me well for 20 years+. I got a PSE about 2 years ago, it did not perform as expected so in the same year I bought a Hoyt Laser Tech. The Hoyt has been good to me! GWSmith
It's a toss up between the Hoyt Trykon I have now and that very first stickbow I had that was made out of fiberglass back in the early 60's.

redkneck
All of them! How can I forget the first deer I killed with that little 40lb Darton? Or how happy I was with pop's hand-me-down whitetail hunter? or my high country I hunted with for so many years, or my SQ-32 that I now shoot that is far faster and smoother than any i ever had, or the next bow I'll pick up this year that I haven't decided on that will be faster and smoother than that one........ If you get a new bow and don't like it better than the old one, you really may not have thought it through very well lol.
Tecumseh
A Jennings woody, the riser was made of wood with fiberglass limbs,It was the first new bow I got with my own money more years ago than I care to remember(LOL)
m gardner
I had a Dr. Allen compound in the 1970's. Best $110.00 I ever spent. Weird looking but shot well out to 80 yards. Got my first robinhood with it on a 2114 arrow. Loved that bow. Mark
dbHunterNY
It's a toss up between two bows. my first bow, buckmaster btr32 from walmart, i used to take my first deer and predator (firsts with a bow that is). i really like the bow i have now (TechHunter Elite), because it's a much better bow and i've taken my biggest bow buck to date with it. sooooo... it's one of those. TBow
Oh man! I've had: Wing wooden longbow Ben Pearson fibreglass SuperJet recurve Browning Explorer I recurve Browning Folding Hunter recurve Browning Fury I recurve Bear Custom Kodiak T/D recurve Bear Super Magnum 48 recurve Ben Pearson 'Ol Ben 5000 longbow Bear Alaskan 6Wheel compound Darton WH300 compound Browning Safari compound Onieda Eagle compound Bear Alaskan 2Cam compound Jennings Woody compound PSE Polaris compound Mathews Q2XL compound I've probably had a couple others but really can't remember what they were. I'd say the bow that I had the most fun with was the Wing longbow, because I was only 10 to 12 years old at the time. Everytime I headed out into the fields with it, it was like an adventure all over again. I'd hunt everything from grasshoppers to toads to any groundhogs stupid enough to stay up for me to make a stock on and get a shot at. maytom
I had many bows over the years, and many different makes. I was the type of person that would up-grade every 2 years. But it's when Mathew's came out with the solocam style of bow, that idea sold me. I bought the new Mathew's Ultra-Light years ago and shot that bow for almost 10 years before finally up-grading to their Switchback model a few years back. Another thing I learned: Quality equipment brings much better re-sale value when it comes time to sell it.
bushmasterar15
I have to say I've been partial to Mathews and like my Drenalins I have now. I will try out a Bowtech but not get rid of my Drens.
Straight Shooter
This is a great question and I have owned over 20 bows in my time as a bowhunter and tournament shooter. Out of all the bows I've owned from Martin, Bear, Pearson, PSE, High Country, CSS, and Ross, I'd have to go with my hunting bow I had for 9 years. The CSS Challenger, I killed 22 deer with that bow, three of those being buck over 110" inches and one of them making P&Y. Now my Cardiac's are rising fast and furious on the CSS, these bows are fantastic little shooters.
Flintlock1776
I owned one for 20+ years and did great with it. Got 2 new bows in the same year as I did not like the 1st replacement (PSE) but the 2nd was awesome (Hoyt)
