camoman1
Dont have any 'famous' blood in my family that I know of. I have met some well known folks, mostly athletes/coaches. Used to run into Mike McCarthy and Ted Thompson (head coach and GM) at Lambeau Field from time to time. If you watched any Packer home games last season you have seen some of my work. I used to change/work on the signs there, on the scoreboard and throughout the stadium.
ruttinbuc
Did some bodyguard work for a couple of country singers, after the detail I threw all their tapes away (snobs). I wrote a former pro football player, Heisman trophy winner, and former head football coach of a certain SEC team whose colors are orange and blue a speeding ticket! Don't have a clue who they might be?... I played softball against former World Heavyweight Larry Holmes. Met Mohammad Ali when he was still Cassius Clay while working in a restaurant. I met the actor Jack Palance the same way. Met Lori Morgan and Daryl Singletary as well as Sam Clement. Rhillies from the 80's at a sports dinner one time. Mario and Michael Andretti as well as AJ Foyt... I have met and shook hands with a ton of outdoor personalities over the years. From hunters to writers to camera people. Even had a sit down dinner and shared a drink with a few. There are too many to list here. Like Charlie (doubleAA) says, they put their shoes on the same way we do and are for the most part as down to earth as you can get. Tominator
OK, so DB didn't bite. Here's my real claim to fame. Ben Curtis is an ex-student of mine. I taught him Computer Applications and Accounting. Ben was the 2003 British Open champ and was a member of the 2008 Ryder Cup championship team.
