RDNKHNTR77
I got my first three exams back and got a B and 2 B+'s on them. they were pretty tough so i was happy with those grades. i have found that, in college, it all depends on your professor to determine how hard the class is. its amazing how one prof can make something so easy seem so hard
fisherguy
Re: College Exams Congrats, and you are correct. I have found it all depends who is teaching. Some turn small issues into huge involved assignments, and others give you the important facts, test you on the important facts, thn move on. buckbuster11
Re: College Exams Yup, unlike high school, its all about the teacher in most cases. Doesnt make a whole lot of sense does it?
carbonhunter
Re: College Exams Very true guys, there is a third prof. out there though. The ones who dont cover it all the way. I have had teachers that would hold a class over twenty minutes everyday and teachers who would let us out an hour early. A good way to look at it is no matter what the school throws at you its a big financial investment for the future. My personal favorite is the foriegn Prof. that needs to be taking the schools english language class not teaching its mathmatic class. No matter how close you sit you cant understand a word he says. Tominator
Re: College Exams My favorite was the dude, or dudette that came in, lectured, got off on tangents about personal things, then handed you a test that was totally based on the reading. Hope you cracked the books!

I had three math prof's there, one spoke broken English witha Japenese accent, one spoke broken English with a German accent, and the other spoke broke English with a Russian accent. The Russian guy was the same guy who threw the eraser at the students and called them lazy Americans!!!
Turkeygirl
Re: College Exams Good grades! Yeah I know how you feel. Professors can be as different as day and night. My one professor, everyone dislikes her because she is tough and asks alot but I love her! Her hardness challenges me to do well, besides I know her anyway, lol

wtnhunt
Re: College Exams Congratulations. Teachers, instructors, professors can make a huge difference in how you learn depending on how they teach or dont teach their students. Shaun_300
Re: College Exams congrats on the grades man! yeah you are SO right, i am in college too, and if my one teacher would teach a certain thing, it would be so much easier for me to understand, and i am not the only one. all the other guys... and 3 gals in the class say the same thing. but when our auto theory instructor teaches it, some things don't go through my brain as well as they could if the other instructor was teaching. they make a world of difference on the course difficulty.
