Tominator
Got a little fun mail the other day. Joe (Rangerclay) sent me this bottle of wine just because I passed on a spaghetti sauce recipe. Heck, it wasn't even my recipe. Thanks Joe. Next time I make that sauce, I'll open the bottle and toast you. BTW--classy label. :toot:
Strut10
Way classier than the labels I put on my bottles of Olde Skunk Hollow Incredible Treat. Nice.
redkneck
That's pretty cool! I bet the contents weren't scrubby though!!! Nice Joe

RangerClay
Whew! I was beginning to wonder if it was ever going to show up. Then after the cold snap we had I was worried if the label would fall off if the bottle warmed up too fast and sweat a little. I'm glad it showed up in one piece. Don't get the label wet, it will bleed. I'm glad you like it. It was more than just the sauce btw. You really helped my out with my sweet corn a while back if you remember. The sauce just gave me a good reason to send you a little house warming present and say thanks for everything. The wine I sent is not completely dry and will be a little sweet. In my best Italian, "Enjoya youa vino rosa!" :wine:
Adjam5
Enjoy the vino Chris. Joe does make a mean bottle of wine .
Tominator
Forgot to post the quote at the bottom of the label, it reads: "The venison is more grand, when you kill it on your own land." LOL--is that an Uncle Tedism? Or did you come up with that Joe?
Shaun_300
Awesome! Joe makes some DARN good wine.

LOL--is that an Uncle Tedism? Or did you come up with that Joe? That was all me. If you go back and look at the thread for the buck on the label I asked you if that was the first buck on your new ranch. The title of the thread and answer you gave helped inspire that quote. Being a small landowner myself I know how much more gratifying it is to kill any deer on your own little ponderosa.
Nut
Great thing there. Kudos

wtnhunt
That is cool Chris. Nice gesture there Joe. "The venison is more grand, when you kill it on your own land." All the deer I have killed over the years with the exception of maybe 5 deer have come from our land, 4 of those 5 came from about a mile up the road. Yep pretty gratifying.
