woolybear
Stopped by one of my favorite ponds tucked in the woods near home yesterday. Ice was finaly gone and the fish were hungry. Spent a few hours cranking in some slab sunnies and perch. Only problem was.......they ate my turkey sub lunch! Should have saved the last one to stuff between the buns.:eat:

I remember catching something like that somewhere, had no idea what it was. Think it's a shad. He stocks it with quite a few species. It's a fun place to stop to kill some time and enjoy the peace and quiet. Got a few carp/koi in there too that are eating his aquatic plants. He wants them gone so may make some fun with that one day soon.
