Squirrelhunter91
These birds are roughly 30 miles from NYC and right around the corner from the college I attend. Everyday I practically run them over on my way home from school. It's definitely awesome to just watch. I'm always slowing down traffic by pulling over to call to them and take pics. I know the pics are blurry but they're about 60 yards away and my zoom is always maxed out. Then I nearly ran over this birds hen two days later.. Then I took a video.. You can't hear him gobble but if you pay attention you can see his neck stretch out right before he faces away in full strut.
redkneck
Wow! I bet you could get a nice bow shot on one of them lol! I haven't had any problems dodging gobblers this year. Nice Joe.

Shaun_300
Awesome pics Joe! Lots of turkeys in that area! Seen a deer on my way into Ottawa early this morning, basically right next to the junction of the 416 and 417 at rush hour, two multi-lane highways that join in the city. Crazy thing.
