WABS
Re: Remington 870 Express I've used mine for almost everything. Slug hunted (smoothbore slug barrel), I've also shot pheasants, ducks and geese with mine. I have two 870s, with one of them being and Express model
JimT
Re: Remington 870 Express $316.00? The 870 Express is $259.00 here at WalMart. The 870 is a good shotgun. It will serve you well.
carbonhunter
Re: Remington 870 Express ya Camoking......that same gun is $228 around here, dont follow there website prices as those are SRP, they want almost seven hundred dollers for the 870SM in camo according to remington, but you see those guns around here all the time for $475-515. carbonhunter
Re: Remington 870 Express I agree about the benelli, but many will bash it because the stock cant be adjusted, I have long arms and most pumps dont feel right, but the nova is one of few that does. I paid a pretty price for my first 12 guage, If you take care of the gun and really enjoy it i wouldnt look at price that much. Take your time with the purchase and the gun will be around forever. Tominator
Re: Remington 870 Express Yep, I have the 870 Express I use for Turkey. It's a great utility shotgun. Not one I would want to carry around all day, but in the deer stand, in the duck blind and sitting, waiting for a turkey it's a good gun. Can't beat the price either. Swamphunter
Re: Remington 870 Express Very good shotgun. I have a couple of em'. I use one of them for deer hunting in the southerntier part of NYS, and the other is set up for turkey hunting. (I'd like to call it turkey shooting, but I am new to the sport yet.)
