Opening morning, Hoosier style...

Got set up in the blind at about 5:15 this morning. Could see hens roosted about 150yds in front of us as soon as light permitted. Birds were gobbling all around us but the Toms were very call shy for some reason. We had hens and a couple jakes within 6ft of the blind most of the morning. At 9:15 this tom came strolling by. I stopped him with a putt and leveled him with a load of Win Extended Range 6's spit from my SX2. Range was ~32yds. This was my heaviest bird weighing in at 25# with a 10.25" beard. The spurs were 17 and 18mm.
