Turkeygirl
That would not go away? Last night was one of those times...I don't get them often but driving home from the hospital, it started. Don't know if it was from 3 hours of staring at a computer screen (training we were doing) or because the room was so hot. I got home, took 2 Tylenol. Well it didn't help one bit...Later took 2 aspirin....that did not even help. I finally called it quits and went to bed. Had it the entire night...Got up this morning to go to more of this computer training and still had it, not quite as bad. So a hot shower, 2 ibuprofen, a multivitamin and 1 banana later and it has stayed gone. Wasn't a migraine but it was pretty annoying. Tominator
You might be getting to the age of sinus trouble. Seems to me I started having sinus troubles right about the time I got out of the service. Pseudofed and tylenol or Excedrin used to take care of them pretty good until my doc told me to stop taking the pseudofed because of BP issues, so she put me on Flonase which has helped immensly over the last 3 or 4 years. I hardly ever get headaches anymore.
buckee
It's that season where allergies start bothering us. Try some Benedryl if it happens again. Maybe that's the answer.
Turkeygirl
LOL Nut:-p Yeah my nose was a little bit stuffy...not normally allergic to anything but I heard the pollen count was exceptionally high this spring because it's been so "nice". Thanks for the input:)
redkneck
I don't get the sinus headaches (knock on wood) but when I do get one every week or two they start at the base of the back of my neck and go right up to where the neck muscles meet the skull. Man that hurts... and I mix up the meds like you do with aspirin and ibuprofen and eventually it goes away. I wish I knew what triggered them! Sounds like it but my nose has been running the last 2 days, lol. Thinking combination of tension headache from that computer training and maybe some allergies to the high pollen
