I would try to meet up with you, but we leave tomorrow afternoon for a quick weekend in AZ. I thought the same abour you but this is a real quick trip for me, flying out of Nashville Saturday morning, then back to Nashville Monday.... Its really only a day and a half to be with my Dad, not much at all compared to how long it is between me seeing him.... maybe next time Im down there for a longer stay we can meet up and hit a Pappadeaux's or something.... Dad also has a great mexican food joint he's been wanting to take me to called Lopez, Im pretty sure its around the southwest freeway and loop 610.... When I was little they were clearing some of the land for some huge sub-divisions, now there's HEB, Gander Mtn, Home Depot, one of those HUGE Krogers, and the list goes on.....
