snapper Posted May 2, 2010 Report Share Posted May 2, 2010 Every year someone posts something about needing feathers. I usally see the post well after killing my bird and getting rid of the feathers. So this year...I cut the entire wings off and are in my shed. I won't hold on to them long...so speak up soon if someone wants the wing feathers! A guy on my FD makes wing bone call out of the wings and passed those feather plus the breast feathers from my birds and gives them to some fly fishermen buddies. Buckhunter76 Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 and not to mention that little 7 pointer was shot in the spine, your lucky you didnt miss him, guys i was there and the deer was less than 20yards and i had to climb out of my stand cause he unloaded his quiver to try and finish him off, he missed like twice and then hit him in his hind leg, lol, couldnt hit the deer that wasnt even moving, lmao.
