HUNTINGMAN
I couldn't go turkey hunting today so I hung around the house with the family. I made a big pot of man chili. Ingredients were tomato juice,a small can of tomato paste, spagetti, about 2lb of hamburger, mushrooms,a big red banana pepper, about 3/4 of a large onion,4 cloves of garlic,a whole ceyan pepper, black pepper and some chili hot beans. I topped it off with some shredded chedder and a big dollop of sour cream. I put in some hot sauce to give it some bite. I picked up this hot sauce at bass pro and man is it good, not just hot but has an awsome flavor as well. redkneck
It does look good, but borderline taco soup, lol... I gotta have beans and hominy in my chili. If you've never tried the hominy, you should. The corn flavor and golden color goes great and the texture is good too.
