Rayzorp
I bought a nice 20ga Remington 870 for my son (get him ready for some turkey hunting) He can't get the hang of using the iron sites, so I want to try a red dot scope. I tried the Weaver no-gunsmith (48342), didn't like it at all,, any ideas? suggestions? Many Thanks Ray
RangerClay
I have a B-Square mount on my Remington 1100 with a red dot scope. It works great. It has been on my gun since 1995.
Slugger
I have the B square on my 835 and really like it. intallation was easy and its solid. If money is not a factor I would get an Eotech to top it!
Strut10
Another vote for the B-Square.
snapper
B-square would be my 2nd option. I had my 870 drilled and tapped and put on a weaver style base. If that wasn't an option for me...I would have used the B-square mount.
Rayzorp
Thank you all for your responses,, I am looking up the B-Square, definitely looks stronger then the weaver no gunsmith solution. Ray
