Jeramie
My wife and I were just talking about building a little shed between our garden and our yard. We have a new Zero Turn we just bought this year, a four wheeler we bought last year, and a little four wheeler we bought the girls for Christmas. Between the three we have about $5k invested. I didn’t want to store these in the barn. I don’t have a real good place for them in there because of the horses. We finally decided to break down and build a storage building. I’ve been looking at it pretty hard for the past week or two. Then low and behold last week my wife's boss asked her if we needed a storage building! They have a 12x24 they used to store their mower and trike. They decided to build a shop and want to get rid of the building! One this size runs about $2,800 - $3,000 in this area and we got it free of charge. She did say it needs a new coat of paint but other than that its good to go! I have to find out what types of permit I need to move it or maybe call to see what it would cost to have it moved. Whatever it takes its going to be the cheapest and the fastest for sure! Thank you Lord!
hammerforged
The Lord answers, sometimes even if we don't realize we are asking.

She did say it needs a new coat of paint but other than that its good to go I would tell him as long as he got a decent coat of paint of your choosing applied to it in a timely manner, then you would take this nuisance building off his hands!! :jaw: j/k

Jeramie
Ran to look at it last night before the storms hit. They kept talking it down, "Floor may be bad, needs paint, etc." I wasnt 100% sure what to expect. However, this thing is in great shape! Not good, great! I may not even paint it. I would have happily paid for a building in this condition! Now I have to try and get it home...
