This is a bad one gang, take cover it if gets close. We have about 30 minutes and we will likely endup in the celar. Be safe everyone....

I'm surfing from my blackberry, hopefully this works.

Tulsa cnty has over 3" of rain in roughly an hour. Winds are hitting 70-80mph. Funnels all over south of tulsa. Storms are still headed this way. New counties are being added to the tornado warning list.

The site shaun was talking about is channel 6 in tulsa or www.Kotv.com

Well last night was fun. We had decided the storms werent comming close enough to worry about so we gave the girls a bath and started getting them ready for bed. We decided they could sleep with us incase it got bad.

We were two minutes from laying them down and the tornado sirens fired off in our town and three others that surround us. We gathered everything up and bolted for the celar. We had to stay down for about an hour.

I stood at the door (faces East) and watched (to the west) as a couple of funnels passed over the house. One was within a half mile, the other was directly over us. Nothing ever came from it though. Thank God.

All and All 16 confirmed twisters touched down in Okieland last night. Not as bad as the storm earlier this week which spit out something like 24 twisters in Oklahoma but still, not a fun evening.

Im exhausted today. We didnt get in bed until after 11:00 yet we get up at 4:30.

Good to know you guys made it through.

It got pretty nasty out our way. High winds, heavy rotation, and lots and lots and lots of rain. Nothing ever touched down, but it was pretty intense. There's a reason they call this tornado alley, and in the past two weeks, it's lived up to its name.

We saw some good rotation right over BA before dark, but luckily it didn't stay together. When the second line of storms hit the wind and rain got a little hairy, but again we got lucky and didn't have any damage. There's still some roads with water flowing this morning, just gonna have to be careful if you're out driving.

Glad you are ok over there. About to get pretty rough here. Cold front moving in on top of a warmfront, sure don't feel right outside right now. Just severe thuderstorm warnings and more flood warnings here for right now.

There were thousands us included without power here earlier this week when trees toppled power lines during an afternoon thunderstorm. Ground is so saturated here won't take much wind for yet more trees to go over.
