LifeNRA
You guys ever hear of this? This sounds pretty nasty. Could take out a lot of deer browse, and other wildlife cover and food. http://www.columbia.edu/itc/cerc/danoff-burg/invasion_bio/inv_spp_summ/Polygonum_perfoliatum.htm

Alisha
There's a TON of it that can be seen from I-77 on the way to Charleston, WV. I've rode my 4 wheeler on the side road where it is and it covers EVERYTHING. It will completely cover anything within it's reach. The trees are completely covered as well as the power lines and the vines are laying out into the road, etc. It's definitely some wicked stuff. :jaw:
Shaun_300
Sounds like some nasty stuff. Haven't heard of it or saw it up here. Hope it stays away from here too!
Adjam5
Yup we have it here in the Hudson valley. There have been many organized vine pulling and ripping out get togethers around here. http://www.pcnr.com/news/2006-06-07/General_Stories/Hudson_Valley_Invaded_by_MileaMinute_Vine.html A Plan to push back the Mile a minute vine. http://www.hrnerr.org/public/training/MAM/MAM_wkshp/Mile_a_Minute_Workshop_Report.pdf
