Let's use common sense here, I would think that any seasoned hunter (pre and post carbon suit technology) knows that keeping the wind in your favor, regardless of the clothes you wear, is the first hunting tactic to keep in mind. I own 2 suits, one from Scent-Loc and one from Scentblocker. Never once did I believe these suits would actually "eliminate" my odor 100%. I look at these products as another step in helping to control my scent at some level, along with showering with scent control soaps, rubber boots, sprays, etc. Nothing is 100% in my opinion...so I take these marketing tactics by the manufacturers with a grain of salt and simply hope the suit helps as some level.

Yes, you're probably right. Seasoned hunters probably understand that these people are lying to them. That doesn't make me feel any better about manufacturers thinking it is ok to lie to the new-comers among us. Personally, I am glad that someone is trying to sensitize these birds about the hazards of deceptive advertising. It's long overdue.

I like your thinking Doc. Everyone uses deceptiveness in advertising, and I've gotten pretty sick of it. I know that their suits don't eliminate 100% of oders, and they know it too so they shouldn't say it does.

if all hunting products work as advertised you wouldnt have to go in the woods. you could go out on your porch blow something spray something or drip something and have your choice of bucks to shoot.

And of course that doesn't make it right.
