Ohiobucks
....Mexico's el Presidente invited to the USA, our Congressional doors were opened wide for him to speak, and he beats Arizona up side the head for their newly passed immigration laws, while Dems applaud? Holy balls, this is amazing. Look in the mirror pal, fix your own dang problems, like Ariz is attempting to do with theirs (which is actually ours as citizens of the USA). The dems are looking for votes anywhere they can find them come this November, and they just may have locked up the legal Mexican immigrant votes, if they didn't have them already. redkneck
Funny Tom, I knew what you were going to rant about when I read the title of the thread. The Mexicans are going to lobby hard for their primary source of cash (remittances) to keep going stronger than ever. I agree the guy has some kinda stones to be spouting off like that, but hardly surprises me.

Would speculate they already had the majority of them anyway Tom. The libs agenda seems pretty clear to me, and it is not one that most legal taxpayers here in this country do or are gonna like so much. This Mexico/US relationship is one that imho has been heading into the dumper for quite a while. Also seems it is too easy for Mexican authorities to blame legal law abiding US citizens and the lawmakers here for many of their own problems rather than addressing and dealing with their problems. A shame that our government is working against Arizona in this problem rather than supporting them, but then our own president seems a bit on the sympathetic:wacko: side of everyone aside from our own country. There are no shortage of Mexican people here legally who are good hard working people, would imagine they might not like illegals doing what they do when they went through all the proper channels. Would seem to maybe be a place for possible added tensions in all of this. Of course with the way things are headed with the libs and with what the Mexican el presidente' wishes the border may continue to be an open door for drug traffic and the supposed arms traffic and continuing escalation of violence. Kind of odd that anyone would not want to support a state trying to fix those problems unless for whatever reason they really don't want those problems resolved. m gardner
If you follow what has been happening in Mexico you'll notice that anytime that the cartel's ability to traffic drugs is challenged that piles of dead bodies are found soon and the problem clears up. The rancher, Robert Krentz, in Douglas, Az kept turning in any drug activity he noticed and he was executed. The cartel is comfortably embedded in 284 American cities right now and runs most drug activity. They control Mexico right now too. I firmly believe that Obama is pants peeing scared that if we close the border that the cartel will start a major conflict here. I think all the polical manuevering right now is to prevent that happening. I think when we get a handle on this in Az all **** will break loose ( the feds are sending ICE agents here from other states right now I meet them at the IPSC shoot and they are well trained). If we stop a multi-billion dollar drug enterprise it won't go unpunished. These guys aren't shy and are coming to a neighborhood near you soon, or are already there. Here's a report from 2007. I beleve lots of these guys went through Fort Benning Ga. Edited May 22, 2010 by m gardner
gzilla45
That's a pretty scary video and I think much of what you posted is correct. I think it is well past time to put our military along the border to help stop some of this.
buckshot
I was totally disgusted when I saw the democrats standing and applaulding the Mexican President after he blasted Arizona for their new imigration law.In my opinion the Republicans should have walked out. I also saw Eric Holder and Napalitano standing and applauding and both of them looked like idiots last week when questioned by congress because neither one of them had read the new law. wtnhunt
The mexican el presidente' is once again suggesting our government needs to reinstate the awb and get a tighter grasp on gun control as well with that somehow being associated with the violence in mexico. Eric Holder hit on the gun control topic and awb his first few days of being the AG, no secret he wants to strip rights of law abiding citizens, he even used the same lame rationale that mexican violence was higher as a result of our "loose" gun laws. hunterbobb
mexican violence was higher as a result of our "loose" gun laws. Even if it is true, who cares. I say ship them every AK 47 in the country. Then sit back and watch them kill each other off in record numbers. Then we won't have to worry about them any more. :gunsmilie:

Our guns aren't the problem from what we are finding out now (besides Walmart and the gun shows don't sell grenades and machine guns) most of the guns coming from the U.S. but are being trafficked from Europe, Belgium I believe.
