Wow what a morning

Well this morning, I was taking the wife into work at the hospital. On the way, we stopped to get some coffee and fill up on gas. There is a lady in the car ahead of ours, filling up. Looked like a business lady as she was all dressed up real nice like. Yapping away on her cell phone to someone and paying no attention to what she was doing, the pump did not shut off and shot gas all up her arm. Needless to say, she was ticked. She was cussing up and down to the person on the other end. Here she is, with a woman's business suit on, reeking of gas. I offered to help her out but she refused. We both went in and paid for our gas where she proceeded to yell at the clerk about their defective gas pump. I paid for our gas and went back to the car while she was in the store yelling at the clerks. A few minutes later, we come to a red light, and who shows up? Yup, the lady from the gas station. She was wiping her arm area down with wet paper towels, still cussing away. Light changes and off we go. Now here is where things get interesting. I don't know about you, but what is one thing you should not do if you just had GAS, spray all up your arm?????

If you said, light up a cigarette, you would be right. I swear, I could not believe it what I was seeing. I yelled at the wife, "look what this dumb lady is doing". She said what the heck is wrong with her, when all of a sudden, Woosh. her arm is on fire......

My wife is screaming at me to do something, like I can do anything going down the road. As you can well imagine, the lady ahead of us is all over the frickin road. I am practically standing on the horn, trying to get her to pull over. I pull up along side here where the wife is yelling at her to pull over but all she is doing is screaming and waving her arm, which in on fire, out the window in some desperate attempt to put it out.

Well as luck would have it, we pass a cop and it didn't take him long to see what was going on. I see him flying up on us and I drop back and let him take over, hoping that he can get her stopped. My wife is almost in tears and is horrified at what is going on. We watch from a safe distance to see how the cop does. We can see that he is yelling at her and pointing for her to pull over. No good. She just keeps waving her arm out the window. How she kept the car on the road I don't know. Finally he pulls in front of her and steps on his brakes until her car runs into his and he is finally able to get her car stopped. We pass both of them just as he is rushing out of his car. We pull over so the wife, who is an RN, can offer some assistance. We both get out and haula**to them and ask if there is anything we can do. The cop is screaming at this lady. "Why didn't you pull over when I told you to", the cop was shouting at here over and over. I could not believe it. The lady is totally out of control and I yell at the cop, "Are you going to do something or what"? Go get your fire extinguisher and put her out!!!!!

The cop tells me to go back to the car and grab the extinguisher and he will write her a ticket. Your going to write her a ticket? Yes he said. For what???

It's illegal to drive down a city street waving a firearm outside your car window.

LOL! I was a little suspicious when you said you were taking the wife to work at the hospital. I thought, hmmmm Lisa doesn't work at the hospital. Then when you said she was an RN, I busted you there. Nice try though Joe. Funny joke too. :D
