michiganbowbender
Picked up a Dave Smith hen decoy a few weeks ago and this season was pretty exciting just watching the reaction from the birds. She was attacked 5 times in different hunting locations by hens, mounted twice by jakes, and brought in a very nice 23lb, 11" bearded Tom for me. This video was taken with the Roscoby cam mounted on my bow. Think you'll enjoy it...... http://picasaweb.google.com/michiganbowbender/20100503#5467152183942455458
simpzenith2
Cool video. I didn't think she'd ever get the point that the decoy was not a threat.

I had 5 different encounters with hens and the DSD hen, and everyone was pretty much the same, but not to that extent. The DSD is so realistic looking it definitely gets their attention, and when she doesn't respond to them it seems to get their dander up in a big way....
