m gardner
The govt. is closing large areas in Arizona because they are too dangerous for Americans to be in. I guess if you drew a tag there you eat it this year. http://www.fws.gov/southwest/refu ges/arizona/buenosaires/PDFs/Closure.pdf http://ppjg.wordpress.com/2010/06/15/the-u-s-gov-giving-parts-of-arizona-back-to-mexico/
gzilla45
It's pretty sad that American soil is too dangerous for us to be in so they have to close it off.

m gardner
I've had some friends I sent the USFS link to and they said the map is revised suddenly and only includes a small section near the border now (from 500 square miles to 4). Pretty funny stuff. I wonder why the change of threat so suddenly? Edited June 20, 2010 by m gardner

m gardner
The drug cartels have 86 confirmed and 20 unconfirmed forward observation posts in southern Az. and they aren't a "high priority" so they are allowed to exist. They help coordinate drug shipments and elude Border Patrol. They are well equipped and trained, and armed. This is reason enought to go to war with them and pursue them. They are a hostile force and have invaded and setup here on our soil and need to be removed. There's some info and pictures on youtube including grid coordinates so you don't stumble on them and get killed. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pN9E8YZ4sVU&feature=player_embedded
m gardner
Here's a video of the Pinal County Sheriff on the LP/OP problem. It was the area closed originally and extends a long ways into Az. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahFWbnxI9lY&feature=player_embedded#!
