Ethan Givan
I've been looking for another deer stand to buy and I was looking at Sportsmans Guide's website yesterday and found one that I like. The price is lower than what I thought it would be for a stand like this. My question is who has done business with Sportsmans Guide, and did you have a good experience? Ive never ordered anything from them and I want to make sure they have quality stuff and that they are a reputable company. Im not asking for anyone to bash them. If you had a bad experience with them, then just say you would not recommend them or pm me. Hopefully you guys will have lots of good things to say, so I can order this stand. Diamond Archer 01
I have heard some good things about Sportsmans Guide. I think my dad ordered some stuff from there and never had a bad experience.
hungry hunter
I have ordered so much stuff from them, you would think that I own stock. Have had only one thing break and they replaced it. I currently have 7 different Sportsmans Guide tree stands, no problems with any.
redkneck
They seem to be a good company. I got a basket and stickladder from them fast and cheaper than bass pro (same stand)
Ethan Givan
Well my stand is on the way. Thanks for the input.

BearClaw
Ditto above. Bought a mini-ladder years ago and still works great, solid as the day I bought it. Good stuff!
RangerClay
I have one hang-on stand from SG about 7 years ago and it is still going strong. Check with Gary (GW Smith) I believe he has ordered a few stands from them.
AaronS
Good luck with your stand. I have several of their stands, as well as several climbing sticks, screw-in steps, and other miscellaneous gear. Good company to deal with.
WHISKEYSWAMP
have order a few stands from them as well... no problems.
Ethan Givan
Stand got here yesterday. Thought that was pretty quick considering it was ordered Saturday. Dont know when I will be able to get it out and possibly stick it in a tree. I know kinda of where im going to put it already. There is a section of woods shaped kinda like a funnel, maybe 15 acres, with a creek running through the middle and a cornfield on each side. This stand is going in there someplace. Found about 40 rubs there last year. Im sure I will do more business with SG in the future. Im satisfied so far. Thanks for the input everyone. GWSmith
Ethan, I've been a member of their "Buyers Club" for a number of years now. I have never had a problem with any stands I have bought from them or anything else for that matter. Their brand "Guide Gear" is just as good as any other I've owned(ameristep, gorrilla, etc...) so I have no problem whatsoever reccomending them to you. I'm a big guy so I use 2person stands...I actually have 3 of these stands in the garage and one still out in the woods with a camo burlap blind around it for those times when I want to go see if my Thermacell is still working in the off season...lol: http://shop.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/guide-gear.aspx?a=546742

I love to gun hunt out of a 2 person stand when its cold weather because it gives me a place to put all my gear.
Strut10
Another Buyer's Club junkie, here. I've got 3 ladders, a 2-man ladder and probably 5 hang-on's from SG. No problems with any of them. Also buy a lot of other stuff rom them. High marks for the SG company.
