Now I still have a few things to do here and there. Like I got to cut a few tree limbs and stuff. But other then that man I'm ready! haha. When does season start for you all? Starts October 1st here! And is in till Jan 16th! Except that archery hunting is closed November 19, 20, 21 and December 2, 3, 4, 5 for the two firearm deer seasons.. Other then that It's open! I didnt get any plots out this year for the first time in several years. Just didnt have the time. We did get an old brushy field sowed in clover and orchard grass for hay. Rhino Posted June 28, 2010 Report Share Posted June 28, 2010 Almost time to start getting ready. I finished my post season projects in May. Weekend after the 4th I'll start the process of getting everything ready along with starting to run the trail cams. I've got a lot to do before I'd say I'm ready for the season though. We have 13 plots totaling about 19 acres planted in summer forage and fortuntely we're getting rain this year. Last year we went 58 days in a row without any rain. Anything planted last year burnt up. Should be fun seeing what shows up at the summer plots and mineral licks with the trail cams again this year.
