Ethan Givan
Not anymore. Used to when I was younger. All the good fireworks are illegal here, and I dont go to all the trouble of going over to TN or IN to get the good ones. I would rather spend my money on something else anyways. Sometimes we will shoot my brothers .44 caliber black powder revolver after dark. Really loud and lots of fire and sparks.

coles
Artillery Shells and sparkler bombs for me. Have made one out of 6 packs of sparklers (around 48 sparklers), stuck it under a 55 gallon drum and blew it higher than the powerlines. RangerClay
Not here. They are illegal in NY. Besides I will take the kids to see two big fireworks shows this weekend. Let someone else pay for it.
wtnhunt
Used to spend quite a bit on them, but have not in the past few years.
Adjam5
We are not allowed fireworks here in NYS. So my sons and I do something even better. A few of our dandy evil rifles comes out of the safe and we celebrate by shooting the day away. Target ,skeet and steel plates. Happy Independence Day! Randy
I have my kids on Saturday night so we are getting together with my mom and dad for a cookout and some fireworks. Most of the shows around here will be on Sunday.
Ravin R10 man
Did it a couple times..but you need to have a permit now, from the Town Chairman, or you can get a ticket from the county sherrif if you are reported......Ive written out a few permits this week for area residents who want to light em up. Its supposed to rain here the 4th , so most fireworks celebrations will be postponed or rescheduled.

Texan_Til_I_Die
It's usually too dry here in July, but this year we've had a bunch of rain from the hurricane, so it's bombs away come Sunday night!

Hey Anthony I'd think shooting tracers would be close enough to fireworks.
dbHunterNY
Yea the NYS laws aren't very fun at times. There's a local guy Alonso Fireworks that puts on shows all over around here. He sends up some that will rattle your head and make you smile.
